Inline Removals is the first UK removals company to achieve BS8543 certification for complaint handling, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to customer service excellence.

We don’t receive many complaints, however, if you are unhappy for any reason or you feel that we do not measure up to our high customer service standards then you can be sure that we will fully investigate any issues with the goal of ensuring that your complaint is handled properly, and if necessary, we learn from any problems that cause customer anxiety.

“QSS are pleased to have worked with Inline Removals and Storage, London to develop an independent auditing service that has seen Inline become QSS’ and the first UK removal company to become a BS 8543 (Complaints Handling) certified client. Inline, as a BAR member company, already work to a Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) Code of Practice that includes consumer protection but, by also adding certification to BS 8543, Inline are clearly demonstrating a significant commitment to dealing with any (if any) complaints that might arise from their activities”.
