{We used Inline for our relocation from London to Cheshire, which included storage of our belongings over a long weekend. They were exceptional from start to finish, Terry held our preferred date for us whilst we were in the process of confirming exactly when we would be moving. The removal team went above and beyond and everything was delivered safely and efficiently. Really friendly and helpful, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have had a few things go very wrong for me lately where I have made the wrong choice or decision and knowing I picked the right removal company has given me a confidence boost. {Excellent service so professional everything packed carefully not rushed. The 3 work persons so polite and helpful nothing was too much for them. I would definitely use them again. Again the unpacking went very well the large table and beds were dismantled & reassembled professionally nothing was too much for the work persons. Plenty of storage boxes were provided including plenty of wardrobe boxes. Overall the move could not have gone better. Obtained 3 quotes Inline Removers although the cheapest was in my opinion the most professional.

{We used inline removals to relocate our central London office to two new offices in WEST London and Oxford. We were impressed with their planning given the Covid 19 pandemic and the way they provided compliance guidance and advice. The move team were professional and patient with gaining access to our new West London office.

{I received a flyer through the door which happened to be perfect timing as we were going under offer so starting to plan our move. I called them up and got hold of Terry. He was quickly able to arrange a survey, in person as we were just down the road. He arrived, was very respectful of distance, etc due to covid and was extremely quick. Before I knew it, we had a quote and I was happy to proceed. Then came the tricky part - actually agreeing a date to move. Unfortunately our purchase suffered many delays. I was in touch with both Terry and Lisa who were always so understanding and patient with me. I felt terrible that day after day, move dates got pushed, but I simply received new dates that they had availability each time. They were also very considerate of the stress of the purchase which was wonderful. I am very sad to say that when we were able to exchange, the agreed date for completion wasn’t free for Inline so we couldn’t book them. We were so set on using them, that when we couldn’t book them, we decided to hire a van and do it ourselves. But boy did I wish it could have worked out. I could tell from my daily interactions that the team at Inline would have done a fantastic job moving me. They were honestly the only positive experience I had of our purchase, so I am glad to see just how busy they are and I hope many other movers will seek them out to help with their moves.

{I wanted to write to thank you for what has been a thoroughly positive experience with you. From the survey to the moment the crew drove away everything has gone so well. I had lots of questions, which you and Terry dealt with quickly, clearly and patiently. Packing materials, and additional packing materials, were delivered promptly and without fuss. You dealt with the parking suspension, and passed on the need for payment in good time for me to meet Tower Hamlets deadline. On the day the team couldn’t have made things go more smoothly. They arrived on time, they worked with a unhurried and quiet efficiency to have the whole house loaded in a very short time. They were friendly and personable, and if there was any uncertainty they asked for my directions. The few things that weren’t wrapped - a very large mirror - was wrapped by them with no fuss and loaded safely. The following day at the storage space ran in just the same efficient and good humoured style - despite it being both very cold and raining hard! Both days were about as stress free as a house move could ever be, and for that I am very grateful. I got three quotes for the same move. Yours was the lowest, the others were substantially higher (the highest being almost twice your price), and yet I don’t see any way that the other removers could have beaten you on performance, and hence justified their higher cost. The experience of selling up and moving out is a daunting one and can be extremely stressful. We have had bad experiences with removers in the past and so I was initially very wary of the whole process and the likelihood of a repeat. But, my apprehensions were completely dispelled as the experience with Inline has been impossible to fault. So, many thanks to you and Terry, and the team of movers on the two days. Far from being a source of stress it has been a pleasure, and I’d like to thank you very much for that. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Inline move us again, and to recommend you to anyone looking for a hassle free, economical and efficient service.

{I just wanted to say thanks to the guys for going above and beyond for this tenant this morning. She is so extremely grateful. As you may have heard, her friend got stuck in the lift and they helped to keep her calm while keeping the doors prised open and reassuring her. The fire brigade got her out in the end but also condemned the lift. This made their job a little more difficult as they had to get items to the floor above using the other lift and then get them down to her. Please pass on my thanks to the team. They were really great as I knew anyway from seeing them help her out 2 weeks ago
