We use third-party shipping companies, e.g., mail, UPS, etc. to ship orders, and a third party credit card payment processing system to bill users for goods and services. Order

For a user who places an order, we request personal information on the order form used, e.g. contact name, address, email, etc.) and payment information (credit card number and expiration date) is requested. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact the customer.

We will store a persistent cookie so that you may retrieve the products in your order with no need to go through re-choosing them again. However, the cookie will eventually expire if there is no activity in your cart, e.g. view, and add to, etc., for a number of days. By default, some social media platforms shorten lengthy URLs [web addresses] using third party apps such as bit.ly. Users are advised to take caution and good judgement before clicking any shortened URLs published on social media platforms by this website and its owners. Despite the best efforts to ensure only genuine URLs published by many social media platforms, are prone to spam and hacking and therefore this website and its owners cannot be held liable for any damages or implications caused by visiting any shortened links.

Security

Our website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or contact information), that information is encrypted and is protected with 128-bit encryption software over a secure connection. While on a secure page, such as our order forms, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Google, and Microsoft Edge , or Bing, is displayed as locked.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
