I received a flyer through the door which happened to be perfect timing as we were going under offer so starting to plan our move. I called them up and got hold of Terry. He was quickly able to arrange a survey, in person as we were just down the road. He arrived, was very respectful of distance, etc due to covid and was extremely quick. Before I knew it, we had a quote and I was happy to proceed. Then came the tricky part – actually agreeing a date to move. Unfortunately our purchase suffered many delays. I was in touch with both Terry and Lisa who were always so understanding and patient with me. I felt terrible that day after day, move dates got pushed, but I simply received new dates that they had availability each time. They were also very considerate of the stress of the purchase which was wonderful. I am very sad to say that when we were able to exchange, the agreed date for completion wasn’t free for Inline so we couldn’t book them. We were so set on using them, that when we couldn’t book them, we decided to hire a van and do it ourselves. But boy did I wish it could have worked out. I could tell from my daily interactions that the team at Inline would have done a fantastic job moving me. They were honestly the only positive experience I had of our purchase, so I am glad to see just how busy they are and I hope many other movers will seek them out to help with their moves.
