I just wanted to say thanks to the guys for going above and beyond for this tenant this morning. She is so extremely grateful.
As you may have heard, her friend got stuck in the lift and they helped to keep her calm while keeping the doors prised open and reassuring her.
The fire brigade got her out in the end but also condemned the lift. This made their job a little more difficult as they had to get items to the floor above using the other lift and then get them down to her.
Please pass on my thanks to the team. They were really great as I knew anyway from seeing them help her out 2 weeks ago
